The patio cleaning process is done using top of the range machines and accessories, and our many years of experience with different types of patio surfaces, ensure we deliver perfect results every time. We prefer to use low pressure for patio cleaning as it reduces the risk of damaging  the patio surface. For them more stubborn stains and black spots we use low pressure with the addition of heat from our boiler system to get an even deeper clean while still protecting the surface of the patio during cleaning.A post clean chemical treatment is then applied to remove those last stubborn stains leaving a beautiful clean finish.

Once cleaned there is the option to have the area sealed using a variety of sealers from clear to colour enhancing, making sure the patio remains clean and is less prone to stains soaking into the surface of the patio.

One of our most popular services is a full patio restoration. If your patio is looking old and tired and the grout joints and pointing have all deteriorated, then let us help. We would grind out all the joints and failed pointing, clean the patio area as above and prepare the area for sealing and re-pointing. A couple of days after the initial clean, once the area is dry, we would then return to seal and re-point the area. All of our re-pointing is done using an epoxy based product called Pro joint Nexus Titan, as this is the best product on the market to ensure a frost resistant, weed resistant, pressure washer proof finish to the joints ensuring they last.
