Initially we would have a walk around of the property to assess for any cracks or potential weak points that may need to be avoided with pressure. Where possible we will use a soft wash treatment fed through extendable carbon poles and gently brush the area to remove contaminants and organic build up. If pressure is nneeded and is suitable, then we use our state of the art mazzoni hotbox to carefully and gently steam any stubborn growth from the surface. Finally an eco friendly post treatment will be applied to the surface to kill off any remaining spores and prevent regrowth as much as possible.
